We had a meeting in the LBC this week and got a recommendation to go to Factory Gastro Bar. We were expecting a run-of-the-mill bar with a mediocre menu, but we were blown away by FGB's amazingness. The wine was delicious, the beer was cold, and the menu was as good as it gets. It was the kind of menu you have to look over about 10 times to make a decision, because your eye goes to 3 different items over and over again, and you think maybe you should just spring for all 3, or is that crazy?...

The Factory Gastro Bar is all about sustainability and daily-harvested foods that come straight from the farm to the table. And guess what? If you're in the mood for grilled shark, they've got it!
The food was tasty, presentation was great, and the service was friendly as can be (sit in Meredith's section)! They scored high in all areas. We're already excited to go back. So next time you're in Long Beach, go there. You won't regret it!
